Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm on weekdays. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat rate shipping fee of £3.99 applies. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Real-time tracking updates are provided by our delivery partners.

Currently, we ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, and selected European countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please check our shipping page for a full list of countries we deliver to.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened products in their original packaging. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us to initiate a return. Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

To return an item, log into your account and go to your order history. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click "Request Return." Follow the instructions to print a return label and send the item back to us.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
