Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unopened and in original, sealed packaging
• In the same condition as when received
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

Returning an item is easy:

• Step 1: Contact our customer service team or log into your account
• Step 2: Request a return and receive your Returns Authorization number
• Step 3: Pack items securely in original packaging
• Step 4: Attach the prepaid return label (provided for UK orders)
• Step 5: Drop off at your nearest collection point

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened skincare or personal care products
• Intimate items or underwear
• Customised or personalised products
• Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund.
